Reservations

We require a 40% deposit of the total tour cost upon confirmation of your expedition in the low seasons to secure gorilla permits and accommodations. Though in the peak seasons which starts in July, we will require a deposit of 50% to safeguard any reservations at this busy time of the year. The total cost will be paid fully two weeks prior to the departure.

Payment can be done through wire transfer to our bank in the USA,
(PEOPLES BANK ), UGANDA (BANK OF BARODA) or a check written to Musa Lubega in the USA.

Cancellations
All cancellation penalty will depend on the number of days before tour departure;

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Our tour tariffs are based on all known costs and ex-change rates at the time of any transfer, due to this matter, any significant changes beyond our will, shall be communicate to our clients as soon as possible.

Our company will also retain the right to alter any arrangements due to local conditions at the time of tour expedition. We shall also retain the right to stop any party in a group from participating in the tour if that person is deemed to cause any damages or inconvenience other people on the tour, the park regulations must be observed at all times.

Please note that USD notes below the manufacture date of 2000, will not be accepted in must parts of Uganda or they are taken at a very low ex-change rate.

We expect everybody on our tour to respect the African cultures the inter trip.

Responsibility

All information presented here within is correct at the time of presentation, changes may occur beyond our control. Great Apes Uganda Safaris are acting on behalf of their principals and will not accept liability for any result of the failure of such principals to fulfill their obligations, whether in relation to travel arrangements, accommodation or otherwise.

Great Apes Uganda Safaris, does not accept any responsibility for any damages, injury or otherwise sustained directly or indirectly by a client in consequence of any act of omission or commission by Great Apes Uganda Safaris. However arising, by the client undertaking the tour/trip contemplated in the contract.

Great Apes Uganda Safaris, will not be held responsible for any delays, costs incurred due to delays caused by airline rescheduling, e\mechanical breakdown, acts of God, or any reason.

Great Apes Uganda Safaris and its principals, any have to alter an itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances – without notice to the client, and provided the itinerary that was booked, the client shall not be entitled to cancel the contract.

Insurance & Documents

Travel insurance for all Great Apes Uganda Safaris tours is compulsory, and it is the client’s responsibly to arrange cancellation insurance.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure his/her travel documents are valid, and all the necessary visas, and health and other certificates are obtained.

Tour Price

Great Apes Uganda Safaris reserves the right to increase the tour price due to any unforeseen increases in airline tariffs, fuel costs, game reserves or park entry fees, or fluctuation of exchange rates etc.

Booking form

The client must sign a booking form when the booking is made, completion of the form is an acknowledgement that the client has read, understood and accepted the full terms & conditions.
